HK-51 unlock not available

Hi. Did all the quests for unlocking HK for my smuggler. They can now wreak havoc together. Unfortunately, I can't seem to unlock him for my other characters through legacy character perks. Is there a cool down from when you first acquire him in the game to when you can acquire him for alts?

Hello buddy, I can imagine how annoying that must be. Can you tell what faction you want to unlock HK-51 on? Is it an Imperial character?

If it's an Imperial character, I might have an idea what could be the problem.

Thanks for answering. Did most of the work with pub character. Can't get HK either faction. Any help tho' .....
