How do I reset my SWTOR security code?

How do I reset the security code? I last played the game 3-4 years ago and want to play again, but the security code was lost on my previous phone.

If you do not know both then you need to call to remove the key manually to allow a password reset

I don't remember the password either, so leaving the security code blank doesn't work
