I am also looking for help with my ticket, was told it was escalated. It is listed as in progress.

All can advise in this instance is the ticket is being worked on and to wait for a response.
Finding this forum is a major re-assurance, and I very much thank you for your reply. Sometimes filing a ticket can feel like a great unknown. this forum, and your replies, are a credit to EA.
