All attacks miss

Hi,

My character (Jedi Knight – Infiltration, level 20, server Darth Malgus) can’t deal any damage on Alderaan. All attacks and Force abilities are dodged or resisted, even against weak mobs like animals.

Interestingly, when I tested on another planet, I was able to deal damage normally. I also noticed my Accuracy shows 9%, maybe related, but I’m not sure. 

Also I'm a free 2 play player, i've already tried to reach out to the SWTOR team but as long as you're not a subscriber you can't get any appropriate help :(

If anyone has any advices or answers, that would be very appreciated 🙏
