That's how you know they're a total scam. Like any used car salesman they hope you'll come back for another look even though you already found your dream car. I'm trying to figure out how erase it too. As it is, I don't actually come on except for 3 days out of the year and then I remember why I don't pay or play it. Best solution like they said erase all characters make a password you don't won't remember. Then make new email, change it to that, then delete the email account uninstall the game. Your best revenge is they have to maintenance your account even though you never go in it
To stop ever getting access to the swtor account involves deleting the associated EA account and any other games on that EA account.

No its a better plan to force the developers to pay to maintenance an account that's never used. They waste a lot of money on ghost accounts and that adds up overtime when the budget option is to have a delete account option per video game people don't want to play anymore
