How to EMAIL customer support? Covid recovering, so i cannot handle phonecalls.

This is getting on my last nerves really. Every time i have a break for an extended length, and upon return, there is always something with the account or login that is messed up. I don´t know how many times i have had to fiddle with things i have NOT changed, and non other either.

For some reason, a simple reset password never works, and there is literally never an easy option to contact support.

How is it, there is not an option on the MAIN page to simply contact the support and describe what your problem is, as long as it´s in regards to being refused access?

Your password reset does not work, and if it is working, it´s NOT giving the customer any information of what the problem is. It takes a new password, but you are left hanging and in anger over outdated error boxes that makes no sense.

Now. Is there an email to customer support anywhere, or has this feature gone up in smoke? I have no intention of calling anyone, especially not while recovering from covid and my breathing and speaking is as crap as it already is.

    There is a email for support which is support@swtor.com.  However depending on the issue it still may require a call which they do for security purposes.  You can try emailing with your Display Name, description of the issue and your email for your account.

    If they advise a call however, the only suggestion I can make is to have someone call on your behalf and just provide them the information to verify your account.

    Thank you for the assistance.

    If i need to make a call however, i´m done and the feeling of wanting to get back to the game has already cooled down to almost nothing. This system is absolute horrible and even with the same email, account and physical digipass since day 1, you should be able to gain access to your own account without even half of this hassle.

    The system needs to be remade properly.
