how to link SWTO account to steam account

essentially just login and play via steam see this guide

i try to install the game but i got error

With steam only one swtor account can be linked to a steam account at any one time , if another swtor account is linked to that steam account you get that message , also if that swtor account is linked already to another steam account you get that message

For the hostwindowloadtimeout , did you use the launcher from the swtor website ? https://swtor-a.akamaihd.net/installer/SWTOR_setup.exe
