Tried to buy some cartel coins at SWTOR website, did it by Bank slip option, but the site doesnt give me any information about the purchase, how long it takes for them to give me the coins, anything!
Also the 450 cc link is broken
I do know that if it says payment pending , CS cant speed the process up, that pending payment either needs to complete or fail before able to do anything else.
Worst I have seen was a week for a change unfortunately.
EA QV TeamWith that particular payment method, it's very common for your bank to need a visit from you to approve the transaction. I'd recommend giving your bank a call or a visit to confirm if there's anything you need to do for that transaction.
On the purchase history on the swtor account what does the purchase list as ? does it say closed ?
