I can no longer use unify colors, show character titles etc...

So earlier this year I subscribed to the game and I got this pack from the in-game mail called something like preferred access pack or something like that. It unlocked unify colors, show character titles, inventory module, etc I got this after subbing and now that i returned awhile later and I not longer have a subscription I don't have access to these things. I tried to make a new character to see if I would get it in the mail again and i did and that works but my other older characters cant do it anymore. Plz help
