I can not make any purchases in the swtor website

I wanted to renew my subscription after two years and it doesnt let me. it says ''An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}''

Try a password reset on the EA account created at the same time the swtor account was created using the same email used on creation

If paypal doesnt work, and you have tried a different payment method, then its best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can check for account issues
