I can't make cartel coins purchases

Hi guys, returning player since 2018. 

I recently tried to make cartel coins purchases on the official website. It didn't go through on the swtor website. 

I've come here and check if there is an existing answer to this question, I did find it. 

However, it was a heck of a process for me do uninstall and install it again through Steam. Is there anyway I can reach out to the staff in EA to check on my SWTOR account?
