I diden't recived my Wayward Warrior's Mask to my other carecter
I lost my Mask
i am a prefer'd player and i spent 250 cartel coins form my security key so go above it and i bought a ''Wayward Warrior's Mask'' on my imperial agent and i sent it with the in game mail to my sith warrior named Stalknid, and that carecter diden't recive it so please can i get the mask back or something , or maybe can u check if i speld the name wrong and by acident sent it to a nother player

Did you also enter the correct recipient in the message? Usually in-game mails do not just disappear like that. Is the sender's character also on the same server as the recipient's character?
Once you've done everything and it does not work, you can create a ticket in-game (if you are a subscriber) or write an email to support@swtor.com.
