I didn't receive my subscriber monthly cartel coins
Hi,
I've had an account for ages (since the beta, if memory serves), at some point I created a character, but played around half an hour, and left it and never played it again.
A month ago (June 6th), I decided to get into the game, bought a subscription (the Origin store 60 days deal). On the same day I also made a Security Key. And so on June 6th I got 100 CC from the Security Key, 1050 CC from the Origin deal, and 525 CC as Subscriber Monthly Grant.
Yesterday, July 6th, I received the Security Key Grant, but not the 525 CC Subscriber Monthly Grant.
Should I not have gotten it? Am I misunderstanding how this work (completely possible, as it's the first time I was supposed to get the subscribers grant)?

As a Subscriber, you will receive your Complimentary Cartel Coins as close as possible to the start of your billing cycle. Sometimes it may take a few extra days for the coins to appear in your account, but we’ll make every effort to grant them to you as close as we can to the 30-day mark in your recurring subscription.
If your complimentary coins do not arrive on the date you expect, please wait for 72 hours before contacting Customer Service to report that you have not yet received them.
if it hasn't appeared after 72 hours then submit an ingame ticket.
