I DONT HAVE QUICK TRAVEL ON SWTOR

So I made a sith assasin character (now level 20) and I still havent got quick travel. I have it on my other character but not on my sith. I'm a free to play player.

Just to confirm if you press the P key , it isnt listed in abilities ?
