I have a issue.....
So basically i have an SWTOR account with a security key wich i can acces and i also lot my password so kinda stuck here in what i should do....
is there any way i can change my password and getting my old security key back ?

If I understand correctly, you are saying that you no longer have access to your swtor security key, and you lost your password. That is a simple fix. First you get your password. I usually do that by going to the swtor website, click login then I click the lost my password hyperlink.
Then you get your security key, I copy and pasted what I usually do
Option 1: Remove Security Key via SWTOR Website
Go to swtor.com and enter your username and password.
Leave the Security Key field blank and click Log In.
If available, click the "Lost your security key?" link on the next page.
Follow the instructions to log in using a One-Time Password sent to your registered email.
Once logged in, remove the security key from your account.
if you want to add it back you simply go and add the security key back

so yes i tried to change my password but everytime i try to its doesnt let me and the error says my display name / security key / or recovery code is invalid and also my new password is typed correctly twice ( and i tried multipe times to change password and my display name and new password is correctly typed) but i never see i link where its says lost security key so i wonder what i t can be
to remove the key you need a valid password , so you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password on the account
