Even though you have your display name, without knowing your email or access to it you won't be able to remove the old security key from your account. You need to have access to it as it will send you an email with a one time password to remove the security key.

It would be best to call as generally account specific issues cannot be resolved via the public forum. Since you are in Russia the number to call would be the following:

If you know the email and have access to it then you should not need to call. To start you can use the forgot your Display name and password feature to get access to your login and reset your password.

Once that is done, enter your Display name and password but leave the security key field blank on Swtor.com. Click login and then on the next page below the security key field click "lost your security key" to go through the steps to remove the old one from your account which will send you an email with a one time password.

Once it's removed you can add a new one for your current phonein worse case if you get stuck or still cannot remove the security key or rest your password then yes you will need to call customer service.
