I lost my subscriber status, after paying my subscription

Hello, Hello, I’m a subscriber of the game since September 2020, via steam, but unfortunately today when I joined the game, I lost all my subscriber status. The payment was made on the 23th, I even received the subscriber Cartel Coins, but without explanation I lost all my status. Along with him, I lost something like 3 million credits. What can I do to get my subscriber status back?Remembering my month is paid, the next due date will be only on 23th February...

    Seems your 30 day recurring steam sub expired 2 days ago when it didn't renew.

    you needs to check your subscription status on steam, swtor have no visibility as to why it didn't renew when the subscription is through steam, your purchase is with steam not swtor in cases like this.

    The subscription on Steam has been renewed, the next payment will be made in February.
    Even if it were not the case, it would be paid for this entire January and would have the service until 23 February. I'm getting very concerned about this, because EA doesn't offer any way for me to contact them directly and I don't know how it can be solved.

    In the images you can see the receipt stating the payment of the service, as well as the renewal and the next payment on steam.

    if you have purchased a subscription with steam , swtor do not have visibility of that as steam is a 3rd party vendor 

    you need to email the proof of purchase per the very top sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

    otherwise you can call swtor support when the lines open and request to attach the screenshots to an EA ticket whilst on the phone

    Thanks for the help! I wish the game support was as fast as you are! I sent the email yesterday, I believe it is as complete as possible, with all the required information, but until now there is no response and unfortunately there is no service in my country.

    Will they take too long to answer me?

    How will these days be and the credits lost in my characters?

    I finally got the answer from support. Although I have sent all the necessary prints, I will have to call them.

    This answer bores me a lot, because the payment was made by steam, the same was received, so much that I received the coins cartel, but I don't have the service. The problem started on the 24th, it's been five days without the service I paid for. Now I spent on skype, because it is the only way to pay less for an international call and I will still have to wait up to 10 days for the credits to arrive on my skype and I can call.

    I ask, how will this time that I am not using and that has been paid be going to be? As the game is international, I think the support should have the notion that not everyone lives in one Supported country and  that speaks the English language. I started playing this game in August, I had 935 hours of play and loving it, enjoying the game to the fullest, but now, after that, I confess that I am very upset and disappointed with the situation and the way my treatment in this case.


    I hope I didn't spend my money on Skype in vain and that the attendant can understand me, since my English is terrible.
