"you can email communitysupport @ swtor . com " I just can't, because as I wrote, now it says above in the forums that I'm banned (cant do anything at official forum also read posts) (I tried from both accounts), checking the Internet connection is pointless, since everything worked fine on both accounts and both PCs (when I logged in only on one account, it doesn't matter from either PC), but now both accounts freeze on endless loading when trying to log in, the problems appeared only today when I tried what was described in the first message, I don't play through Steam so I can't contact support through it.
emailing communitysupport @ swtor . com from your email address isnt banned, they are the people to talk to about a forum ban
