I need help with SWTOR subscription
I bought a subscription on Steam, but it didn't activate and now I bought a prepaid card with a redemption code, but it didn't work either. I need to know if the code is registered in EA's systems....

also email both the code and screens into support@swtor.com using the email address you have attached to your swtor account

The linked ea account is disabled with its data wiped , the below should restore the account
use this link ( insert the Swtor email ) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Let me know if you think its done and i can recheck the account , also when i checked they could not see an email from you with the steam screenshots has one been sent using the swtor email address ?
