This exact same issue since 11am yesterday, ive checked EVERY email i have incase im checking the wrong one, but i did a "Forgot Display Name" and it went to my main email immediately but when i do "Forgot Password", an email never pops up. After a few hours i thought maybe i was sending too many requests so i tried one last time with the Display name and again it was instant. Id like to contact support but given i dont have a phone plan as i dont really need to make outgoing calls its basically impossible.
Any chance a Community Moderator can respond to this? I would like to actually play the game.
You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open if the OTP email is not arriving and likely will be asked to use a different email address
