In game purchase

Hello! I'm confused about the purchase. I bought artifact equipment authorization(account). This cartel market item appeared in my inventory,
but when I try to use it, the message “this unlock has already been applied to your character” appears. 
What am I doing wrong? Did I make a mistake somewhere and buy it again? 
Could you help me and if I made a mistake with the purchase, return it back?
