Ingame mails with items stored in there are gone since patch 4.0
Hello.
As I wrote in the post's object, all the ingame mails containing items that I sent from characters to characters, and vice versa, are gone since the release of patch 4.0 (knights of the fallen empire).
I saw this issue just yesterday with all my characters (in total I've 17 characters on the Progenitor server with this account) and I'm sure the problem exist since the relese of above patch, because I've checked it few days before that release and all my characters still had their ingame mails with relative items.
I play since day one on december 2011 and I started sending items via ingame mail almost since that day, so I've lost years of game (I should say "work") from one day to another, but this is unacceptable, because those items came from cartel packs (so I've spent real money), from gtn (I've spent a lot of ingame millions) and from reputations vendors and events (gree, rakghouls, bounty contracts...), wihout speaking about all the time I've spent playing swtor.
I've already sent an ingame ticket (2 times, because the first time you said you couldn't provide me any help at the moment, but this is absurd, from the moment that I haven't done anything wrong, I'm a paying player with subscription from day one on december 2011 and this problem came from the release of patch 4.0, so you made unvoluntary this issue I presume, so you should provide me all the possible help) and I'm still waiting for an answer, but I hope you can really help me giving me back all my mails with their attached items, because I want to enjoy this game still for long time, but without what I've lost, I cannot play anymore, because eveytime I connect I think about my lost and I can't enjoy the game.
I trust on you, untill today you never failed me, so I know you can solve my problem, maybe restoring all the items (of wich I don't remember all the names because they were a lot, collected from years of play).
Thank you in advance, sorry for my english, hear you soon.
EDIT: when I speak about "you should provide me help", and so on, I refer to bioware and ea, not players or users naturally 😉
