items locked in collection
I bought a mount off the cartel and collected it but it says the mount is locked in collections but collections says I do not own it even though its in my inventory.

Mounts will not unlock in collections until they are unlocked by your character (if it's in your inventory, it's not unlocked). Once it is unlocked for your character, you can pay Cartel Coins to unlock it for your account.
