I'm not the most talented computer whizz, and having gone through the TG&I I can't download it. For now, when I start the launcher it just perma initializes and when I go to sort out that issue I get...
Add swtor.exe and launcher.exe to your anti-virus and firewall safe list. Also ensure that when running launcher.exe that you are running as an Administrator. Lastly if you use one of the below anti-virus programs, make the associated change:
ESET - disable protocol filtering
Kapersky - disable scan secure/encrypted connections
Nortons (firewall) - ensure exceptions are set to allow not auto
AVG - disable link surf scanner shield
