Ive lost my preferred status and unlocks.

Ive lost my preferred status and unlocks.

I'm a returning player. I had preferred status when I last played last year. I also had many more characters as well as species unlocks and a completed legacy storyline. Now I have none of these except for one character who I do not recognize. Please help!
