Jedi Under Siege - Bugged Quest
I'm currently trying to finish Jedi Under Siege questline but whenever I enter the Jedi Library in Ossus and talk to Darth Malgus, he doesn't appear as a companion to help through the quest phase once the conversation is over.
This is rather annoying because by the end of the quest, I have to talk to the Jedi Master which won't happen because I don't have Darth Malgus with me, and I cannot summon him from companions window.

I have already tried resetting the phase and resetting the quest multiple times but it doesn't work.
I can summon other companions to help me finish the phase but at the end I'd still need Malgus for the questline.

Do you have a KOTFE or KOTET chapter active in your quest log, or perhaps Shroud of Memory? They disable Malgus, Tau and Anri, so if you have them in your mission log you should complete them first, then reset the quest you're having trouble with, and the NPC will come back.
