Launcher doesn't start game.

I've followed all of the info supplied in this forum without success. Can any one give me something which is not in here. Please help.

    @graybeard57 remove and re-add exceptions in both the antivirus and firewall 

    some known extra settings 

    ESET - disable "protocol filtering"
    Kaperskey - disable "scan secure/encrypted connections"
    Norton (Firewall) - set exceptions to "Allow" not "Auto"

yes, the play button lights up. But the launcher quits when i click on the play button.
