Launcher reorganizing files with every launch
I downloaded patch 5.9.1 and started playing no problem. However, with every launch of the game (since patch 5.9.1) the game takes ages to 'reorganize' the data. This was not a problem before this ...

If it was me and this is persisting I would switch patch methods per this link, non streaming does not do re-organizing files so that issue will be gone.
Just be aware switching patch methods does mean a new game install as a once off.
