Launcher sits at 98.69% and wont get off installing part

Best suggestion , reboot the PC if not done already , remove and re-add launcher.exe  and swtor.exe to the antivirus and firewall exception lists.

Then right mouse click on the game shortcut , select open file location . delete the bitraider folder then start the launcher.
