The launcher will not open at all. I have checked for libcef.dll. I have started it in safe mode and it never launched, i have turned my anti-virus off and there was no change. I have port forwarded ...

There isnt one in the swtor folder ? edit: nevermind i see it 2nd look 🙂
if this is a steam install ? i would look closer at the steam / common folder if that folder is in the global path it may be finding a different version on launchmaybe also try renaming some of the libcef.dll to libcef.old so you can rename them after testing
It's not a steam install, it's original launcher. I get the same problem with the steam launcher.
