Launcher will not open.

No path went to a libcef.dll location. It was all just... standard from what I can tell, would  you like a screenshot?

doubleclick on "path" in system variables and take a look , same with user variables to be certain

Checked, None went to libcef.dll.

Just armoury crate for the control of the lights on my system. That's it. If that is doing it i'll uninstall it and try, thoughts?

same as you searched for libcef.dll , see if any other copy of launcher.exe exists anywhere in a global path 

Nothing, Uninstalled Armoury Crate and that did nothing.

Also the video driver you are running does have a hotfix released https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5264 

open a command prompt as administrator and run sfc /scannow just to check as a starting point

has swtor ever worked on this system ? and any other things out of the ordinary or changes occurring recently ?

SWTOR has never worked on this system, It is a new system. It worked on my past system with zero issues. Every game I play runs with no issues and smoothly... Cyberpunk, Battlefield 2042, Vanguard etc.

What do you want me to attach? I'm looking at it now but I don't see how this is relavent or rather where I'm supposed to go in System Information.

can run a report using 

msinfo32 /report C:\TEMP\SWTORCRASH.TXT

This is what comes up when I type msinfo32 just this.

Edit: It said in the CMD prompt, "System Cannot find the path specified" When i searched for SWTORCRASH.TXT

that should be a folder called temp in c drive

There is no temp folder.

Edit: I Found temp under windows in C: but There is nothing in it about SWTOR.

can either create a temp folder or just use msinfo32 /report C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\SWTORCRASH.TXT

It won't let me attach the crash report to this. Is there a specific thing to look for in the report?

It will not let me post or attach the file to the forum for you to see it. I did update, and I did update the nvidia driver.
