Launcher will not open.

The launcher will not open at all. I have checked for libcef.dll. I have started it in safe mode and it never launched, i have turned my anti-virus off and there was no change. I have port forwarded ...

have you done the optional windows updates and updated the nvidia driver ?

It will not let me post or attach the file to the forum for you to see it. I did update, and I did update the nvidia driver.
