What role were you playing? Tank
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't even log in, the launcher is not appearing and is displaying a blue loading circle for a long time.
What do you expect to see? TO PLAY THE GAME/ SEE THE LAUNCHER
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try logging in.
I try to log in and the launcher displays a blue loading circle and won't progress any further. The Launcher itself doesn´t even appear.
Hi @woaijbb
do you have any additional Anti Virus or Firewall or VPN software installed? Should check these and allow the launcher.exe and swtor.exe (and maybe even the desktop shortcut?) for full access. The windows own firewall should not block anything, but doesn't hurt to check this too.
See if you can ping launchpad.swtor.com

hm, that's not good. You could try to install the game via STEAM. I don't have experience with this, but I have read that the STEAM installer checks for missing components like the C runtime library and installs this if it's missing.
