If after clicking claim all for the species unlocks if they were not added to the inventory of the character you clicked Claim All on and there was plenty of Inventory space for them to go into the only thing I can suggest would be to email support@swtor.com with your Display Name, Server and the Character you purchased them and claimed the items from so they can investigate further.
