Level 20 Email Verifaction

I have now reached level 20 in the game, and it is asking me to provide my email address to verify my account, I have done this several times now over several days (from level 18 I started getting this), but I have received no email at all, not once, I have tried the link the message also provided, yet in my account info page, there is no email verifaction option at all!

So now I am stuck, the game launcher will not let me get past the character screen so I can not play my level 20 character at all, can anyone from the game's service provider please help!

try changing the email address in the first instance this may trigger it correctly

hmm, odd, I had tried that before and nothing happened, tried it again and this time it worked, thanks.

what do you mean by first instance?

meaning when it asks for your email use another one. or if you are able to log into swtor.com and change it there then resend the email.

got to be the worse system ever. how can it know my e-mail address yet still not validate my toons passed level 20.

am getting ever other e-mail from them about @your account has beeen updated@
