Locked at level 65 99%
Hello,
I dont know why but im locked at level 65 for only 1 exp point ?
Is it because im not a subscriber ?
I use to had a sub' in past so is it normal ?

Yes, that's because you are preferred at the moment.
Buy one month Sub time and you can get to lvl 70.
More then likely your sub expired before Knights of the Eternal Throne was released which increased the level cap to 70. Once you sub as per the above post you'll gain access to level to 70.
Note that if you cancel again you will still be able to level to 70 but won't be able to gain Galactic Command levels after 70 to get end game gear. Galactic Command is only available for subscribers.
