Login Authenticator issue

Hello I am trying to login to come back to the game after awhile to see how the game has been but my phone for some reason lost connection with the account, I forgot my password, how exactly am I supposed to login to the game if I need an authenticator to not only play the game but also change my password. Need help. I dont really want to lose all my progress and outfits and hairstyles I bought previously
