Login failed due to account being suspended.

Hi, so i played SWTOR a lot, but always had some break, like this time. Came back to play after, i don't know, a month or two and i can't log in into the game due to this "Login failed due to account being suspended." Can't even login to the site, tried contacting EA support via email but as always 0 help at all, just redirected me to article where i can't do anything to fix my issues or seek for help. Additionally, i didn't cancel my swtor sub to farm the CC when im not playing and now i can't play and i cant cancel the sub? Any ideas?
Also if anyone asks why would the account be suspended i have no idea, as i said i stopped playing, came back to this message.
edit: Also no bans in the ban log on ea account site.

    swtor account displayname ?

    ea support cannot help with swtor account issues, for that you need to discuss with swtor support (they are different support lines)

    Greetings.

    I have the same problem as the one being discussed in this thread. Details are below.

    On October, 25-th in 2022 I received the e-mail notification saying that my SWTOR account had been banned due to some "TOS violation". Neither proves, evidence of that fact have never been provided by the customer support nor any understandable explaination of which exactly Rule or TOS was violated, though I asked that more than once (in fact, they never mentioned anything concering it, not saying about any eplaination – all they stated was the "case of violation" itself and nothing else more). For several times I've tried to appeal for unban, but always with the same result: the customer support kept sending their standard replies, stating that "after thorough investigation of the case the TOS team came to the conclusion that their actions were correct" and they refused to remove the ban.

    Earlier, on July, 4-th in the same year my EA account was also banned, but after I wrote to the customer support, they removed the ban. The thing is, that when my both EA and SWTOR accounts were banned, I was at work and physically couldn't do anything prohibited by TOS or Rules, because the computer at my working place wasn't connected to the internet and it still isn't now, But when I spoke with SWTOR customer support specialists via the phone call, for the first time they promised to investigate my case again (and as the notification stated, they did, but with the same result). When I called them later, they told that they couldn't help while my EA account was under sanctions (and for that moment it really was – as I mentioned, the sanctions were removed later). So, after the problem with my EA account was solved, I wrote to the SWTOR customer support again, informed them about that and appealed for unban of my account once more. They've simply ignored my e-mail.

    I've spent almost 10 years playing SWTOR, payed tons of money for subscription and Cartel coins – all payments I made via the official site (while it was possible), during all those years, I met great friends and never violated any Rule, but on the contrary – always reported "toxic" behavior of players, spam-bots etc and always helped new-comers.

    As far as I heard, BioWare doesn't own SWTOR now (and, honestly, I have no idea which company does), so, I guess, it's useless to send e-mails to their old address or make phone calls on the numbers I did before. Though, I might suspect the real ground of such an attitude of the customer support, but I'd rather keep from mentioning it: I don't want another ban – the previous one was enough for me and I doubt I'd resolve it that easily.

    Now I don't know what to do and I'm just in desperation. May be, some kind person here could give me a hint where I could call (from other country) or connect in any other way, share my problem and, hopefully, even solve it? I would be extremely grateful for that. Thanks in advance and sorry for that long text – it's literally the scream of my soul...

    Just for the record: my display name in SWTOR is Alex_yeg.

    @Besrodik

    The only people that can handle TOS violations is the TOS team, support cant help at all with these
