Every time I have tried to login I have goten the message ''login service is currently unavailable''.
I have looked through several guides and tried numerus ways to fix the launcher and nothing has worked so far.
Reading the logs is says login failure #-134
ERROR Server did not properly respond to authenticate: -134
Did you also do the following in kapersky as per proxos666 advised?
- disable scan secure/encrypted connections
Usually the issue is the antivirus and firewall especially if the response is -134
ensure launcher.exe is in all the exception lists
eset - disable protocol filtering
kapersky - disable scan secure/encrypted connections
nortons (firewall) - ensure exceptions are set to allow not auto
Which anti-virus and Firewall are you using?

Now the problem has been fixed.
I noticed that I had not disabled scans for encrypted connections.
At first I thought it was an different kaspersky program that caused the problem (that I have not installed).
Then I found where to disable scanning for encrypted connections, disabled it and it worked, and now i feel stupid.
In the end it was a combination of my stupidity and lack of knowledge that kept me from fixing this problem.
Also if I have wasted any of yours time, I do apologize.
