I tried to login into my old account I received the following launcher error:
"The login service is currently is unavailable. Details can be founf on our Twitter account."
There were no details found on the X account.
When trying to login into the web page I get the following error:
"Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem."
Any ideas?
Sounds like you need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the security key to allow you to reset the password
a security key cant be removed via the online removal process without a valid password
When trying to change them password via the "I don't remember my password."-dialog, I'm getting "Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired."
Could be server issue but then all would be affected , could be antivirus/firewall blocking
could be the account details are wrong too as that can also cause it
