Lost email tied to sw:tor account

Hey everyone,

I'm coming back from a very long break but I remember my login information for SW:TOR, however, because I am on a new device the launcher is requiring a confirmation code that is being sent to an email address I no longer have access to.

Is there a way to get around this issue?  I saw there is a number to call for customer service but I wasn't sure if that was the best option or if there was an easier fix or an email help desk I could use.

    You will need to call it is the only option , it may be easier to get access to the old email again though

    @proxos666 Thanks, we switched ISP's and the email was deleted so I have zero access to it. I appreciate the quick response.

    Some ISPs do offer an email only type account to keep access to email accounts , something to look at anyways

    @proxos666 The loss of the email happened over a year ago and I went through a whole ordeal trying to have access to email, if only temporary to fix other accounts at the time, but it was to no avail. The company fragged everything including all my saved emails and the account itself. Needless to say, I was a bit agitated -.-
