lost founder /prefered status and characters deleted?
Hey, i havent played for a while, but i buyed the game at the release and I have been a subscriber for almost a year, now i want to go back to the game but i've lost everything, not that i care about...
You will find it is a different account username for your original account, have a dig and see if any other username is there
Failing that give CS a call (Link to Numbers) they will be able to locate the account once verified as the account holder
