Lost security key and don't have serial #

I decided to get back into SWTOR recently but after installing the game and trying to log in I realized I lost my security key in my last move. To make matters worse when I can't log in to remove my security key because I dont have my serial number.  Can anyone tell me how I can log in if I don't have my physical key, can't log into my account online, and can't use the mobile security key app because it asks for my serial # which I can't access,  because it located in an an online account.... that I can't log into.
