Lost security key and unable to get one-time paaword

Hello. I haven't played swtor for a year. I wanted to come back and see my favourite characters that I spent my time and money for. BUT the security key was lost so I can't log in to my account. I've tried to get one-time password by e-mail,but i got nothing(i've also checked "spam"). Not in a couple of minutes, not in 15 min, not in 1 hour, not even in next days.

I also tried to "remember" my account name by e-mail. There is where the fun begins. I got an e-mail with the OTHER name. Not my YujaanVong that I've played for years,have many characters, HK-51,finished kotfe & kotft, but some Kanderus_Ordo that have only 1 char and nothing else.(check the document, there are screenshots of email) I'm really frustrated. Tell me, how the hell this could happen? I didn't change my email, i didn't delete my account. I just lost my telephone with security key! 

What should I do now. I did so much since 2013-2014. I don't want to do all from the very beginning.
