I know this is not a new topic, but I have a a problem.. I have not played swtor for a while, and changed phone two times since, so I forgot all about the Security key code But why was the lost key code thing been remove from when you log in? How am I surpose to remove my old key thing now??
Try on your phone browser to www.swtor.com , if the link doesnt appear there , you will need to phoen to remove the security key

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.
I have already tried different browsers and from the mobil phone.. its not there any more..
Why have they removed the button to do it your self??
You cant make a ticket, and the only option is too call the support which has the worst openings hours for me in Denmark..
I might be in shock over how bad the support in this game is..!!
The remove link is still there, not sure why it is not appearing for you, unfortunately if it doesnt appear , phoning is the only way to remove the key.
On the website I cant see it, but in the launcher I can, but the link is broken and just leads to :http://www.swtor.com/support which is no help..
Where does it go, if you click the link?
Launcher link does go to the support page but on the website goes to below screen
Quick phone call to get it removed is best to get this sorted for you I think
This is just to wierd man..
I guaess there is no way around the phone, stupid support.. I really cant understand, how they think that is lvl of support is ok. it is nothing but trouble.. now i have to wait and wait for the phone to open, and then I have to pay to call the support.! really unhappy here.. !!
