"Lost your Security Key?" is not working!

Hello,

I would like to play the game again, however I cannot log on to my account because I no longer have my Security Key.

Now I have no access to my account thus I'm unable to subscribe to use the in game support.

I tried to do as described in SW:TOR SECURITY KEY FAQ however there is no link under the window

- where the security key should be entered - as you can see on the picture below:

My question is what can I do in order to regain my account. - Calling support via phone or VoIP is not an option!

Where is the link? - Is it a bug? Some changes happened thus there is no longer option to remove the Authenticator?

    Unfortunately, this option with the link is not always available.  Unfortunately, there is no other option than a call to the support for security reasons.

    Make sure you are doing this from the swtor.com website. The link does not work if you are trying to get to it via the launcher.

    @tolabaygm

    If the link is not appearing to remove the security key, give swtor cs a call (see numbers posted in this thread) and they can unlink the key for you once you are verifed as the account owner

    Hi,

    Maybe if someone who has the link could send me the link I could test if it is working...

    Right click on the link / Copy link address then copy paste here. Before copy pasting the link check it if it contains any of your personal data... if so delete it.

    If the link is working and its just a bug for some users maybe it will work if I open from the given link.

    There is really no way to send the link because the URL for the login page, the security key and forgot your security key all use the exact same URL.  The only thing that changes for each step is the content in the page itself.

    The page is a form so there is a unique ID built into the form when you login via swtor.com.  I tested this in Firefox and Chrome and when I go to swtor.com, enter my Display Name and password and leave Security Key blank then click login, I go to the page where I can click "Forgot your security key".

    I would ensure that you try with either Firefox or Chrome and disable any and all add-ons.  Make sure the browser is up to date as well as using an older version could have an effect.  Lastly clear cookies and cache from the beginning completely not just the last hour or two.  Then close and reopen your browser.
