I have been a member since Nov2021. Subscription renewed several times thru Steam with no problems. New subscription was auto renewed thru Steam on May 1 but my SWTOR now says I am not a subscriber. Attached images shows data.

I do hope the screens attached here are not emailed into swtor they will get rejected , email screens per the sticky not taken by a phone
I bought subscription from the games website and it says i have game time but when i play the game it says my accounts free to play?

sometime there can be a delay , also there is a backend issue occurring at present so that may have caused a delay
