Missing 1440p resolution options

I apoligize for the delay in a response. As far as removing bit raider, ensure you are following the guide here. When the game launchers is it being launched on the primary monitor first then moving to the secondary monitor? If you make the 1440p monitor the primary then launch the game does it fix the issue?
