How do I get my characters back? I recently got a new computer and have re-installed the game (since my old laptop broke), and I'm trying to find a way to get both of my characters back. They were on the same account but it doesn't show anything when I go onto the server list in-game.
Maybe you are logged into a different account now ? hence no characters
call swtor support when the lines open , they can search for another account , via a character name etc
Its the same account, I've only made one. I'll call them up
same here lost al my characters after being sabbatical for 6 years . so i think my account got whipped
Support do not delete characters , if not sure on the account , call support when the lines open
