I've recently reinstalled SW:TOR and I got to a point where I had to have the smuggler companion Corso Riggs with me to progress. I'd thought nothing of the fact that I'd had no companions as I was questing around, figuring I hadn't gotten to the point yet. But, no, I'd gotten Riggs back in the day when I had been playing more (and subscribing) but now is not there on the new companion tab. See attached image.

I was old by SWTOR Support the studio is aware of the ship droid problem and working on a patch. I haven't checked yet today if 4.0a solved that problem, if not the studio is working on the issue.

I am still having this problem and am having NO luck for a fix or any response from anyone. This is unacceptable. Help please?
I got the same problem, I tried to reset the quest and Corso Riggs just appeared. For those who will have the same problem in he future, try this
